Brucher Winery has been perfecting Chardonnay since the early 90's. Our 2008 Brucher Chardonnay is a very well-balanced white wine with nice fruit in the nose. It boasts a smooth middle and a buttery finish.This wine spends the last three months before bottling in French oak barrels. The grapes come from the Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County.

Tasting Notes
Color   Light golden straw.
Nose   Pears, green apples with a hint of oak.
Taste  Green apple fruit, round mouth feel, well-balanced, multi-layered, medium long finish.
General A versatile wine. A pleasant aperitif as well as a delicious compliment to fish, chicken, and other light meat or vegetable dishes.
